Check the product, selected variant, quantity, delivery address and final total before submitting an order. Contact us promptly to correct an error. An order acknowledgement records receipt of your request. If we cannot supply an item or identify a material pricing error, we will contact you, explain the issue and offer an agreed correction or a refund; we will not substitute goods or increase a paid price without agreement.
Some shoe, watch and bag images are digital design renderings, identified on the product page. They represent the design offered for production. This disclosure does not permit a materially different product to be delivered. Descriptions and specific product information form part of your purchase. Screen colours may vary; statutory conformity rights remain unaffected.
Prices and payments
The catalogue base currency is USD. The region/currency selector may show converted amounts using our store’s exchange-rate service. The currency and final amount shown at checkout or on a payment page are the amount to review before approving payment. Your card issuer or payment provider may charge its own conversion fees. Historical orders retain the currency and price recorded when the order was created.
Only payment methods actually offered at checkout are available for that transaction; availability depends on the provider, account, device and destination. A displayed method does not guarantee approval of a payment. Do not share a payment URL containing private order information publicly.
Fulfilment and returns
