Returns and cancellations
Contact [email protected] with your order number to cancel an order or arrange a return. For ordinary products, notify us within 14 calendar days after you receive your order, then send the goods back within 14 days after your notice. You may use any clear statement of your decision. Contacting us helps route the return; our approval is not a condition for exercising a statutory withdrawal right.
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. You are responsible only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Keep accessories and packaging where possible. Missing original packaging does not automatically remove statutory rights.

Returns are sent to China. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return shipping cost. Obtain a carrier quote before ordering if this cost is important to you. We do not charge a restocking fee. If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or do not match the contract, we cover necessary return costs; contact us for a prepaid label or an agreed reimbursement arrangement.
Refunds
For a valid cancellation or withdrawal, we refund the payments received, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option, within 14 days after receiving your notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first. Extra charges for an optional delivery upgrade are not refundable unless required by law. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Your payment provider may need additional processing time.
Faulty goods and legal guarantees
Report a problem when discovered, preferably with photos and your order number. This request helps investigation and does not shorten your legal claim period. Where applicable, remedies include free repair or replacement, or an appropriate price reduction or refund when the legal conditions are met. EU consumers have at least a two-year legal guarantee for goods; longer national protections remain available.
Made-to-order products
Our standard designs may be produced after an order is placed. Production after ordering, or choosing an ordinary listed size, does not by itself make an item exempt from withdrawal. Any genuine personalisation exception must be disclosed before purchase and agreed for that particular order. Faulty-goods rights still apply.

These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights in your country.
