Preparation and delivery
Production and preparation: 3–5 calendar days after payment.
Estimated transit after dispatch: 10–15 calendar days.
Typical total estimate: 13–20 calendar days after payment. Preparation and transportation are separate stages.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs inspections, destination restrictions, public holidays or carrier disruptions may affect delivery. If an order is delayed, we will provide an updated estimate and the cancellation or refund options available under applicable law. A delay does not remove your consumer rights.
Destinations and shipping charges
Available delivery destinations and shipping charges are shown during checkout for your address. A destination is supported only when a valid delivery option is offered. If no delivery option appears, contact us before payment. Any free delivery offer applies only where checkout explicitly shows a zero delivery charge.
Taxes and import charges
Review the final checkout amount and any tax lines before paying. Import duties, import VAT or carrier clearance charges not collected at checkout may be payable to the carrier or local authority where permitted by law. We do not advertise all destinations as tax-free or all duties paid. If the amount or responsibility is unclear, request a destination-specific explanation before ordering.
Tracking and delivery problems
Tracking information is provided after dispatch when supplied by the carrier. Contact [email protected] if tracking stops updating, a parcel is damaged or an order does not arrive. Please check the delivery address before ordering. Any address correction or reshipment charge must be explained and agreed; it is not automatically imposed.
