Before sending any item back, please contact SURYUS customer service and wait for return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
1. Check Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.
2. Contact Us
Email your order number, item name, return reason, and photos or videos if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing.
3. Wait for Instructions
Do not send items back before receiving return instructions from customer service.

Return Shipping Fee
For returns due to personal reasons such as size, color, preference, or change of mind, the return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.
