Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time may be extended during high-volume periods, promotional events, holidays, or new product launches.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Estimated delivery time starts after your order has been processed and shipped.

Free Standard Shipping

Free standard shipping is available for orders of US$69.00 or more. The free shipping threshold is calculated based on the final order subtotal after discounts and before any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or additional local charges.

If canceling or modifying an item causes your order subtotal to fall below the free shipping threshold, the applicable shipping fee may be added to your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country or region. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and may not be included in the product price or shipping fee.

Tracking & Logistics Issues

What should I do if my package has not arrived?

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us within 45 days from the payment date so we can help check your shipment.

What if tracking says “Delivered” but I did not receive the package?

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, or if your order has missing or incorrect items, please contact us within 45 days from the delivery date shown on the tracking page.

Before contacting us, please check around your mailbox, front door, parcel locker, building reception, neighbors, or local carrier office.
