What is the time limit for returns?
You may request a return within 14 days after the delivery date. Return requests made after 14 days may not be accepted.
How do I return an item?
Step 1: Contact us first
Please contact suryus01@outlook.com with your order number, full name, the item you want to return, and the reason for return. Do not send items back before receiving return instructions.
Step 2: Pack your items
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging attached.
Step 3: Ship it back
After your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please ship the package according to the instructions provided by customer service.
Which items are eligible for return?
We accept returns for eligible items in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with tags and packaging attached.
Non-returnable items
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or used.
- Items without original tags or original packaging.
- Final Sale or clearance items, unless defective or incorrect.
- Bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, and hygiene-sensitive accessories.
Swimwear Return Policy
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be unworn, tried on over underwear, and returned with the hygiene liner, tags, and original packaging still attached.
Return Shipping Fees
For returns due to personal reasons such as size, color, preference, or change of mind, the return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us with photos or videos so we can review the issue and provide support.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or card issuer.
Credit card: Please allow 7–14 business days for your card issuer to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
PayPal or other payment methods: Refund timing may vary depending on the payment platform.
Important Notes
- Do not send returns to the sender’s address on your package. It may not be the correct return address.
- Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
- Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- For multiple items from the same order, please send them together when possible.
