How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

After your order is placed, you should receive an order confirmation email. Please check your inbox, spam, or promotions folder.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible at suryus01@outlook.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

Why did I not receive an order confirmation email?

Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct. Also check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your name and payment details so we can check your order.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is standard shipping?

Standard Shipping is US$6.99 for orders below US$69.00. Free standard shipping is available for orders of US$69.00 or more.

How much is express shipping?

Express Shipping is US$12.90 for orders below US$139.00. For orders of US$139.00 or more, Express Shipping is US$7.90.

How long does delivery take?

Standard Shipping usually takes 7–15 business days. Express Shipping usually takes 6–10 business days. Delivery time is an estimate and not a guaranteed arrival date.

Why is my package delayed?

Delivery may be affected by order processing, carrier delays, weather, flight arrangements, remote delivery areas, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, peak seasons, or other unexpected circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

What is the return window?

You may request a return within 14 days after the delivery date. Return requests made after 14 days may not be accepted.

What items are eligible for return?

Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging attached.

Who pays for return shipping?

For returns due to personal reasons such as size, color, preference, or change of mind, the return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us with photos or videos for support.

Can swimwear be returned?

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be unworn, tried on over underwear, and returned with the hygiene liner, tags, and original packaging still attached.

Size & Product

How do I choose the right size?

Please check the product size chart before ordering. Product measurements and recommended body measurements may vary by style, fabric, and fit.

Are measurements exact?

Measurements are taken by hand and may have a 1–3 cm difference. This is normal for apparel products.

Will product color be exactly the same as the photo?

We try to display colors accurately, but color may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and device display differences.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Depending on your location, supported methods may include PayPal, major credit cards through LianLian Pay, and other secure payment options.

Is my payment information secure?

Payments are processed through secure checkout providers. SURYUS does not store your full card details.

Promotions

Can I use more than one discount code?

Discount rules may vary by promotion. Some discounts cannot be combined with other offers. The final discount shown at checkout will apply to your order.

Why is my discount code not working?

Please check whether the code has expired, whether the minimum order amount is met, and whether the items in your cart are eligible for the promotion.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You may be able to check out without creating an account, depending on the checkout options available at the time of purchase.

How do I know I am shopping on the official SURYUS website?

Please make sure you are shopping on the official SURYUS website. Be cautious of suspicious links, fake ads, unofficial payment requests, or accounts pretending to represent SURYUS.

Will SURYUS ask me to pay outside the website?

No. Please complete payment only through the official checkout. We do not recommend paying through unknown links, private messages, or unofficial accounts.

If you receive suspicious messages claiming to be from SURYUS, do not click unknown links. Contact us directly at suryus01@outlook.com.
